1前言自从21世纪以来,以Kazunori Yasuda和Freddie Fu为代表的研究者提出了ACL解剖重建的理念,依该理念解剖重建膝关节ACL就成为讨论的热点。ACL解剖重建理念是尽量恢复原有的解剖结构,最大限度地恢复膝关节的功能。越来越多的研究表明[1-6],ACL解剖重建可以有效降低旋转不稳定性,在恢复膝关节功能方面相对于传统非解剖重建具有优越性。然而,目前对ACL解剖重建的探讨大都局限于单一方
1 Introduction Since the 21st century, researchers represented by Kazunori Yasuda and Freddie Fu have proposed the concept of anatomical reconstruction of ACL. According to this concept, anatomic reconstruction of knee ACL has become a hot topic of discussion. ACL anatomy and reconstruction concept is to try to restore the original anatomical structure, to maximize the recovery of knee function. More and more researches show that ACL anatomical reconstruction can effectively reduce rotational instability and has advantages over traditional non-anatomical reconstruction in restoring knee joint function.
