目的:探讨听觉统合治疗对儿童孤独症的疗效,为孤独症儿童的康复治疗提供临床依据。方法:对20例2~4岁孤独症患儿采用数码听觉统合训练仪进行听觉统合治疗,疗效评估主要采用Gesell发育量表、韦氏幼儿智力测验(WPPSI)、孤独症行为量表(ABC)、AIT疗效调查表等方法,对患儿进行治疗前后ABC分值,IQ分值、临床症状比较。结果:治疗6个月后,患儿ABC分值显著降低(P<0.05);但IQ分值变化不显著(P>0.05);在语言障碍、社会交往障碍、情绪障碍、睡眠、注意力、运动技能临床症状上有较大的改善;在目光对视、刻板重复、生活自理方面改变不大。结论:听觉统合治疗对改善2~4岁孤独症儿童临床症状的近期治疗效果是肯定的,而且起效范围广。各级医疗保健部门、家长、幼儿园应加强对儿童孤独症的认识,及早发现患儿,及早治疗。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of auditory combined therapy on children with autism and provide the clinical basis for the rehabilitation of children with autism. Methods: Twenty children with autism aged 2 ~ 4 years were treated with auditory integration by using digital hearing training instrument. The evaluation of efficacy was mainly based on Gesell Scale, Wesseller Intelligence Test (WPPSI), Autism Behavior Checklist (ABC) , AIT efficacy questionnaire and other methods, before and after treatment of children with ABC scores, IQ scores, clinical symptoms. Results: Six months after treatment, the score of ABC in children was significantly lower (P <0.05), but the score of IQ was insignificant (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of children with social dysfunction, mood disorders, sleep, attention, Sports skills, clinical symptoms have a greater improvement; in the eyes of the visual, stereotyped duplication, life little change. Conclusion: The auditory integration therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of children aged 2 ~ 4 years, the short-term treatment effect is positive, and the wide range of onset. Health care departments at all levels, parents, kindergartens should strengthen awareness of children with autism, early detection of children, early treatment.
