中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,到2006年10月底,我国中小企业和非公有制企业的数量已经超过4200多万户,占全国企业总数的99.8%。实现信息化,是中小企业生存发展和提高竞争力的内在要求。
Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of the national economy. By the end of October 2006, the number of SMEs and non-public-owned enterprises in our country has exceeded 42 million, accounting for 99.8% of the total number of enterprises in the country. The realization of informationization is the inherent requirement of SMEs to survive and develop and enhance their competitiveness.
