锚索是基坑、边坡支护工程中常用的支护形式,其施工工艺包括成孔、锚索安装与注浆三道工序,现有的施工设备受技术条件限制,将这三道工序分离,造成施工效率低下。在现有锚索施工设备的基础上,对钻进装置进行改进,研制了新型锚索施工设备,能够实现将成孔、锚索安装和注浆三道工序合而为一,在一次钻进、退出钻杆过程中,实现锚索施工的全部过程。新型设备不仅能够直接减少人工、降低成本,亦可缩短工期,并进而减小资金成本。
