为探究知识经济时代企业如何充分利用智力资本提升创新水平,本文基于人-组织契合理论,构建了智力资本跨维度契合影响创新战略的理论模型,并运用回归分析方法,对我国246家高技术企业的样本进行了实证分析。研究发现:组织资本与人力资本的辅助性契合对利用式创新具有正向影响;社会资本正向调节组织资本与人力资本的辅助性契合对利用式创新和探索式创新的影响;组织资本、人力资本和社会资本的补充性契合正向影响双元型创新。
In order to explore how to make full use of intellectual capital in the era of knowledge-based economy to enhance the level of innovation, this paper builds a theoretical model of inter-dimensional and interdependent intellectual capital impact innovation strategy based on the theory of human-organization fit, and uses regression analysis method to analyze 246 high-tech enterprises The samples were analyzed empirically. The research finds that the complementary relationship between organizational capital and human capital has a positive effect on exploitative innovation; the social capital positively regulates the influence of the complementary cooperation between organizational capital and human capital on utilization-oriented innovation and exploratory innovation; The complementarity of capital and social capital positively affects dual innovation.
