目的探讨氦氖激光致眼损伤效应及可能的作用机制。方法建立氦氖激光的大鼠眼损伤模型,通过组织病理染色、凋亡检测以及原位杂交等方法,观察激光照后视网膜细胞结构变化及谷氨酸受体(NMDAR)的表达。结果光学显微镜下观察显示激光照后视网膜出现组织结构的紊乱和感光细胞的凋亡,同时伴有NMDAR mRNA的高表达。结论氦氖激光在一定的条件下可造成视网膜的病理性损伤,损伤局部谷氨酸的过度释放及NMDAR受体的高表达可能是感光细胞受损的重要机制。
Objective To investigate the eye damage induced by He-Ne laser and its possible mechanism. Methods He-Ne laser-induced rat eye injury model was established. The changes of retinal cell structure and the expression of glutamate receptor (NMDAR) after laser irradiation were observed by histopathological staining, apoptosis detection and in situ hybridization. Results Under the light microscope, the retina showed the disturbance of tissue structure and the apoptosis of photoreceptor cells after laser irradiation, accompanied by the high expression of NMDAR mRNA. Conclusion He-Ne laser can cause pathological damage to the retina under certain conditions. The excessive release of glutamate and the high expression of NMDAR receptor may be the important mechanism of photoreceptor cell damage.
