目的对三白草科蕺菜属植物蕺菜(houttuynia cordate thunb)(即鱼腥草)的干燥全草提取液的石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取部位进行化学成分的研究。方法将药材的80%乙醇提取液浓缩至无醇味后,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取。石油醚部位和乙酸乙酯部位经反复硅胶柱层析、重结晶等方法分离纯化,应用IR、ESI-MS、1HNMR、13CNMR等光谱技术及理化常数测定等方法鉴别。结果与结论从鱼腥草石油醚部位和乙酸乙酯部位分离得到3个化合物,其结构鉴定分别为β-谷甾醇(β-Sitosterol HCP-1)、豆甾-4-烯-3,6-二酮(Stigmast-4ene-3,6-dione,HCP-2)和金丝桃苷(Hyperin,HCE-12)。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents in the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extracts of the dried whole plant extract of houttuynia cordate thunb (Houttuynia cordata). Methods 80% ethanol extracts of herbs were concentrated to non-alcoholic taste, followed by extraction with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol. The fractions of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate were separated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization. The compounds were identified by IR, ESI-MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and other physicochemical methods. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Three compounds were isolated from petroleum ether fraction and ethyl acetate fraction of Houttuynia cordata. Their structures were identified as β-Sitosterol HCP-1, Diketone (HCP-2) and Hyperin (HCE-12).
