目的提高虚拟中国人标本的断面切削质量和延长刀具的寿命。方法比较立装和平装结构可转位铣刀盘与相应的专用可转位刀片对标本断面的切削效果。结果立装结构的可转位刀具较平装结构的可转位刀具更适合标本断面的切削。结论虚拟人数据采集切削作业中,立装可转位铣刀盘具有切削质量好、效率高、刀具寿命长和成本低等优点。
Objective To improve the cutting quality and prolong the life of cutters of virtual Chinese specimens. Methods The cutting effect of the indexable cutter head with the indexable milling cutter and the corresponding special indexable insert on the specimen cross-section was compared. Results The standing structure of the indexable cutting tool is more suitable for cutting the specimen cross-section than the indexable cutting tool with the flat structure. Conclusion Virtual data acquisition and cutting operations, the installation of indexable milling cutter plate with cutting quality, high efficiency, long tool life and low cost.
