目的观察黄芪桂枝五物汤对胸痹阳虚寒凝证大鼠的治疗作用。方法采用冰水游泳结合腹腔注射垂体后叶素的方法,建立胸痹阳虚寒凝证模型,观察各给药组注射垂体后叶素后不同时间点Ⅱ导联心电图T波变化以及血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)、大鼠血栓素B_2(TXB_2)和大鼠6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)(6-Keto-PGF_(1α))的变化。结果黄芪桂枝五物汤能明显对抗垂体后叶素引起的心电图变化,降低血清LDH、CPK的活性和TXB_2的含量,提高6-Keto-PGF_(1α)含量。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤对实验性胸痹阳虚寒凝证具有一定的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on rats with yang deficiency and cold congealing. Methods The method of using ice water swimming combined with intraperitoneal injection of pituitrin was established. The model of thoracic spasm Yang deficiency cold coagulation was established. The T wave changes of II lead electrocardiogram and serum lactate were observed at different time points after injection of pituitrin in each administration group. The changes of hydrogenase (LDH), creatine phosphokinase (CPK), rat thromboxane B_2 (TXB_2) and rat 6-keto-prostaglandin F_ (1α) (6-Keto-PGF_ (1α)). Results Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction can significantly reduce the electrocardiographic changes caused by pituitrin, decrease the activity of serum LDH, CPK and TXB_2 content, and increase the content of 6-Keto-PGF_(1α). Conclusion Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction has a certain therapeutic effect on experimental chest yang deficiency syndrome.
