组织结构是组织为了保证其目标有效实现而建立起来的组织内部各构成部分相对稳定的职任、权力、利益相互关系,组织结构决定经营效率。在知识经济条件下企业的经营环境发生深刻变化,对企业组织结构提出新要求。企业必需在权力结构、层级结构、职能结构、资源结构方面做出相应的调整,只有如此才能在激烈竞争的环境下发展壮大。
Organizational structure is the relatively stable position, power and interests of the various components within the organization that are established by the organization in order to ensure the effective realization of its goals. The organizational structure determines the operational efficiency. Under the conditions of knowledge-based economy, the business environment of the enterprise has undergone profound changes, putting forward new requirements on the organizational structure of enterprises. Enterprises must make corresponding adjustments in the power structure, the hierarchical structure, the functional structure and the resource structure, and only in this way can they grow and develop in a fiercely competitive environment.
