商业贿赂犯罪是市场经济条件下在经济、政治、文化等多种因素的共同作用下产生的一种新型犯罪,具有严重的社会危害,当前有越演越烈的势头。应当采取加快市场诚信体系建设、加大打击力度、完善监管体系、转变政府职能、进一步强化对权利的制约和监督、建立健全完备的法律制度等系列措施有效治理商业贿赂犯罪,维护社会主义市场经济公平竞争秩序,遏制腐败,构建社会主义和谐社会。
