在SF-3型石英微量天平监测下制备的超薄放射源和沉积膜,分别采用称重法、电子谱线分析法和背散射法对其厚度进行了比对测量,测量结果一致性较好,并与SF-3型石英微量天平给出的值相符。从而在实验上证明了SF—3型石英微量天平是可靠的。它满意地解决了超薄源和沉积膜厚度的监控问题,现已推广应用,对核物理、核谱学等研究工作具有较大的作用。
Ultrathin radioactive sources and deposited films prepared by SF-3 type quartz microbalance were compared with each other by using the gravimetric method, electron spectroscopy and backscattering method, and the results were in good agreement , And consistent with the value given by the SF-3 quartz microbalance. Thus it is experimentally proved that the SF-3 quartz microbalance is reliable. It satisfactorily solves the problem of monitoring the thickness of ultrathin sources and deposited films and has now been widely applied and has a great effect on nuclear physics and nuclear spectroscopy.
