利用毛细管气相色谱法建立一种同时测定金针菇中六六六、滴滴涕和联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯等16种农药的检测方法。样品初步粉碎后经乙腈匀浆提取,Florisil固相萃取柱净化中用正己烷+乙酸乙酯(9+1,V/V)作为淋洗剂,经HP-5毛细管柱分离进入电子捕获检测器(ECD)测定。16种农药分离效果良好,相关系数r均大于0.998 0,方法定量限在0.11~11.50μg/kg,加标回收率在101.4%~132.7%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.03%~9.53%。方法简单,快速,可靠,能实现金针菇中16种有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药的同步分析,为控制金针菇农药残留污染、提高产品质量提供参考。
A Simultaneous Determination of BHC, DDT and Bifenthrin, Fenpropathrin, Cyhalothrin, Permethrin, Cyfluthrin, Cypermethrin, Fenvalerate and Deltamethrin in Capsicum annulata by Capillary Gas Chromatography 16 kinds of pesticides testing methods. The sample was initially crushed and then extracted with acetonitrile homogenate. Florisil solid phase extraction column was washed with n-hexane + ethyl acetate (9 + 1, V / V) as eluant and separated by HP-5 capillary column into the electron capture detector (ECD) assay. The separation efficiencies of 16 kinds of pesticides were good, the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.998 0, the limits of quantification were 0.11-11.50 μg / kg, the recoveries were between 101.4% and 132.7%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.03% ~ 9.53 %. The method is simple, rapid and reliable, and can simultaneously realize the simultaneous analysis of 16 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides in Flammulina velutipes, and provide reference for controlling pesticide residue pollution of Flammulina velutipes and improving product quality.
