对国产24种野生蔷薇种子油含量,主要脂肪酸组成及种子在果实中占的比例分析。结果表明:蔷薇种子油含量一般在10%以下,大多数种类的种子油含量在5%~9%之间。种子一般占鲜果重的20%~50%左右。脂肪酸组成以油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸三种不饱和脂肪酸为其主要成分,不饱和脂肪酸含量占脂肪酸总量的90.36%,其中尤以亚油酸含量最高,一般在40%~60%之间,其均值超过50%,属优质植物油。饱和脂肪酸平均含量为9.25%,主要有棕榈酸、硬脂酸和花生酸。对6种野生蔷薇种子油资源潜在的开发利用价值进行了评价。
Analysis of Oil Content, Main Fatty Acid Composition and Seeds in Fruits of 24 Domestic Wild Rose Seeds. The results showed that the content of rose seed oil was below 10%, and the seed oil content of most species was between 5% and 9%. The seeds generally account for about 20% ~ 50% of fresh fruit weight. Fatty acid composition of oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid three kinds of unsaturated fatty acids as its main component, unsaturated fatty acid content of 90.36% of the total fatty acids, especially in the highest linoleic acid content, usually 40% 60%, the average value of more than 50%, is a high-quality vegetable oil. The average content of saturated fatty acids was 9.25%, mainly palmitic acid, stearic acid and arachidic acid. The potential development and utilization value of six kinds of wild rose seed oil resources were evaluated.
