某尾矿库地处我国西南地区的云南省,当地地震烈度为Ⅷ度。针对该尾矿库分析了一次性筑坝、中线法筑坝和尾砂上游法堆坝3种工艺。按有关规定,对于地震烈度为Ⅷ度及以上的地区修建尾矿库宜采用一次性筑坝或中线法筑坝。根据该尾矿库的具体情况,经综合分析,决定采用尾砂上游法筑坝工艺。介绍了该尾矿库的设计及技术措施。对于地震区某种特殊条件下的尾矿库采用尾砂上游法堆坝工艺,采取一定的工程技术措施,亦可保证尾矿库的安全。
A tailings dam is located in Yunnan Province of China’s southwestern region, the local seismic intensity of Ⅷ degrees. According to the tailings dam, three kinds of technologies of one-time dam construction, middle-line dam construction and tailings dam upstream dam are analyzed. According to the relevant provisions, for the construction of tailings reservoirs in regions with an intensity of Ⅷ degree and above, a one-time dam construction or mid-line dam construction should be adopted. According to the specific circumstances of the tailings pond, after a comprehensive analysis, decided to tailings upstream dam method. The design and technical measures of the tailing pond are introduced. For some special conditions in the earthquake zone tailings dam using tailings upstream dam technology, to take certain engineering and technical measures, but also to ensure the safety of tailings ponds.
