了解学生的就业心态是中等职业学校进行职业指导工作的基础,然而当前中职学校的职业指导工作开展得并不尽如人意。为此,笔者对湖南省10所中职学校的482名学生的就业心态,从专业认识、就业形势认识、职业能力和素质认识、就业期望、对学校的满意度五个方面进行调查了解,并从心理学的角度进行剖析,针对当前中职生就业心态的时代特征和年龄特征,提出一系列加强职业指导的看法和建议。
Understanding the employment mentality of students is the basis of career guidance in secondary vocational schools. However, vocational guidance in secondary vocational schools is not satisfactory.
