本文给出一种新型毫米波频率调制电路,是将腔稳Gunn振荡器与变容管调制电路通过反馈调节电路耦合起来形成的。在确保所需调制频偏的情况下,通过调整环路反馈系数可减小变容管调制电路对Gunn振荡器中心频率稳定度的影响。Gunn振荡器中加一高Q稳频腔,从而可以获得较高的频率稳定度。调制器调制灵敏度为3.5MHz/V,调频线性度优于2%,中心频率稳定度6.5ppm/℃(-20~50℃),输出功率大于17dBm。
In this paper, a new type of millimeter-wave frequency modulation circuit is proposed, which is formed by coupling the cavity-stabilized Gunn oscillator with the varactor modulation circuit through a feedback regulation circuit. The effect of the varactor modulation circuit on the stability of the Gunn oscillator center frequency can be reduced by adjusting the loop feedback coefficient while ensuring the required modulation deviation. Gunn oscillator plus a high-Q frequency stabilization chamber, which can get a higher frequency stability. Modulator modulation sensitivity of 3.5MHz / V, FM linearity better than 2%, the center frequency stability of 6.5ppm / ℃ (-20 ~ 50 ℃), the output power is greater than 17dBm.
