文章就我区56个台站27年（196～1987）的气温、降水、蒸发等气象资料和19个水文站的水文资料，针对所收集的自治区人民政府和全区气象部门历次自然灾害史料及气象灾害的灾情，对全区春夏季干旱和洪涝进行了分析研究。得出我区东部、中西部农牧区在气象、水文的成灾标准，其拟合率达75％～100％。对实际工作以及防灾减灾具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the meteorological data of air temperature, precipitation and evaporation in 27 stations (from 196 to 1987) of 56 stations and the hydrological data of 19 hydrological stations in 56 stations of our region, the author analyzes the historical data of natural disasters collected by the autonomous regional people’s governments and the meteorological departments in the region, Meteorological disasters, flood and drought in the region in spring and summer conducted an analysis. I come to the eastern region, the Midwest farming and pastoral areas in meteorological and hydrological disaster criteria, the fitting rate of 75% to 100%. It has certain reference value for practical work and disaster prevention and mitigation.
