在处理难处理金精矿时,细菌氧化浸出法是一种可供选择的重要方法。有关这方面日益增多的报告说明,与传统的焙烧氧化提金法和其他一些较新的方法比较,细菌氧化浸出提金法具有更好的经济效益。现在许多采金公司都在考虑用细菌氧化浸出法来提金,但对于一个具体矿床,评判细菌氧化浸出的基本步骤的可行性,却不为这些公司所普遍了解。本文介绍了进行这种可行性评判的主要步骤和每个步骤所能获得的典型数据,展示了可行性研究计划的基本轮廓。细菌氧化浸出提金工程的可行性研究可依此进行。
Bacterial oxidation leaching is an important alternative when dealing with refractory gold concentrates. An increasing number of reports in this area show that the bacterial leaching method is more cost-effective than traditional roasting and oxidative gold-leaching methods as well as other newer methods. Many gold mining companies are now considering bacterial leaching to extract gold, but the feasibility of evaluating the basic steps of bacterial oxidative leaching for a particular deposit is not generally understood by these companies. This article presents the main steps in making such a feasibility assessment and the typical data available at each step, demonstrating the basic outline of a feasibility study plan. Feasibility studies of bacterial oxidation leaching of gold extraction project can be carried out accordingly.
