在热模拟试验机上,以恒温、恒道次变形量和恒变形间隔时间的办法,研究了在奥氏体部分再结晶区多道次变形时的组织变化规律。研究证明,奥氏体部分再结晶区多道次变形可有条件地转化成完全再结晶组织,其结果可使因奥氏体部分再结晶区变形而产生的奥氏体组织不均得到改善,奥氏体平均晶粒尺寸减小。在奥氏体部分再结晶区轧制的合理工艺是,保证在该区的变形实现一次或多次的向奥氏体完全再结晶组织的转变。
On the thermal simulation testing machine, the regularity of microstructure change during multi-pass deformation of recrystallized zone of austenite was studied by means of constant temperature, constant deformation and constant deformation interval time. It has been proved that the multi-pass deformation of the recrystallized region of austenite can be transformed into the completely recrystallized structure.
