山西省的对外经济技术合作是从60年代初承担国家援外项目开始的。20多年来,先后承担了20多个国家的40多个项目,派出专家和技术人员1300多人次,提供援外设备12万台、套、件,涉及50多个国家和地区。无论是承担援外项目,还是提供援外设备,都保质保量、按时完成。派出的专家和技术人员尽心尽职,埋头苦干,受到受援国政府和人民的赞扬,为第三世界国家
Shanxi’s foreign economic and technological cooperation began with undertaking the national foreign aid project in the early 1960s. Over the past 20 years, it has undertaken more than 40 projects in more than 20 countries and sent more than 1,300 experts and technicians to provide 120,000 sets of foreign aid equipment, involving more than 50 countries and regions. Whether it is to undertake foreign aid projects, or to provide foreign aid equipment, are of quality and quantity, completed on time. The experts and technical personnel dispatched by the two countries dedicate their efforts and work hard to the praise of the governments and people of the recipient countries for the assistance of the third world countries
