我从事小学教育工作十几年了,在整个小学阶段,我发现有这样一个规律:一、二年级低年级阶段,学生课堂上发言积极、主动,课堂活跃,而到了三、四年级中年级阶段发言者就越来越少了;甚至到了五、六年级高年级阶段,学生就闭口不言了。如果一节课学生不回答问题,学生就不会和教师互动,学生学习就不会有一个主观能动性,那么这一节课就是一节很失败的课。如何让学生再次开口呢?提高学生的发言兴趣呢?我认为应该从以下三方面入手。
