据悉,台湾最近推出了《自大陆地区引进产业技术许可办法》草案,该草案的拟订对海峡两岸科技交流将起到推动作用。主要内容如下: 一、该办法由台湾“经济部投资审议委员会”负责执行。 二、引进技术的主要方面: 1.自大陆地区引进台湾地区所需的产业技术; 2.大陆地区技术人才到台湾指导或从事相关的研究开发事项; 3.大陆科技成果向台湾地区转移使用; 4.从事有关研究开发必备的仪器、设备、原料、零部件或产品雏型的进口。
