目的:建立气相色谱法测定知母提取物中乙醇含量。方法:采用SupelcoWAXTM10(60m×0.32mm×0.5μm)色谱柱,氮气为载气,压力为22.0psi,柱温:50℃保持8min,进样口温度:150℃;检测器:FID,250℃。结果:乙醇在2.5075~15.045g/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系;3批样品乙醇含量分别为0.4949%、0.4065%、0.0014%。结论:该方法准确可靠,便于实际应用。
Objective: To establish gas chromatography method for determination of ethanol content in Zhimu extract. METHODS: A Supelco WAXTM 10 (60m x 0.32mm x 0.5μm) column was used with nitrogen as the carrier gas, pressure 22.0 psi, column temperature: 50°C for 8 min, inlet temperature: 150°C, detector: FID, 250°C. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of ethanol in the range of 2.5075-15.045 g/L; the ethanol content of the three batches of samples was 0.4949%, 0.4065%, and 0.0014%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is accurate and reliable, and it is convenient for practical application.
