科技人员的工作积极性始终是企业发展中核心环节之一。科技人员的积极性,直接影响一个企业的活力和执行力。目前企业科技人员的激励机制仍等同于一般员工的物质激励,忽视了激励群体的层次性和差异性,形式单一的激励方式造成激励的边际效应逐年递减,从而导致企业科技人员流失严重。如何有效地引进来、保留住、激励起企业所需要的科技人员,从而实现企业的战略目标,是企业面临的重要课题。
The work enthusiasm of science and technology personnel is always one of the core links in the development of an enterprise. The enthusiasm of science and technology personnel, a direct impact on the vitality and execution of a business. At present, the encouragement mechanism of enterprise scientific and technical personnel is still equal to the material incentive of general staff, ignoring the level and difference of incentive groups, and the single form of incentive mode causes the marginal effect of incentive decreasing year by year, resulting in serious loss of enterprise science and technology personnel. How to effectively introduce, retain and motivate the scientific and technological personnel required by the enterprises so as to realize their strategic goals is an important issue facing the enterprises.
