黑龙江省人民政府:你省《关于确认龙江、广源和龙银基金清理规范工作的函》(黑金办发[2000]20号)收悉。根据《证券投资基金管理暂行办法》、《国务院办公厅转发证监会原有投资基金清理规范方案的通知》(国办发[1999]28号)及其他有关规定,经审核,你省龙江基金、广源基金、龙银基金的清理规范工作符合有关要求,现就有关事项批复如下:一、同意龙江基金、广源基金、龙银基金等3只原有投资基金在资产及规模调整符合要求后,合并规范为兴安证券投资基金,基金规模为236,712,708份基金单位。二、核准《兴安证券投资基金契约》和《兴安证券投资基金托管协议》,兴安证券投资基金类型为契约型封闭式。三、同意华夏基金管理有限公司为兴安证券投资基金的管理人,中国银行为托管人,同

According to the Interim Measures for the Administration of Securities Investment Funds, Circular of the General Office of the State Council on Forwarding the Scheme for Clearing Up the Original Investment Fund of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (Guo Ban Fa [1999] No. 28) and other relevant regulations, upon examination, your provincial Longjiang Fund , Guangyuan Fund and Longyin Fund met the relevant requirements and hereby approve the relevant issues as follows: I. Agreeing that the three original investment funds such as Longjiang Fund, Guangyuan Fund and Long Yin Fund comply with the requirements on the adjustment of assets and scale Upon request, the consolidation specification is Xing An Securities Investment Fund with a fund size of 236,712,708 units. Second, approved the “Xing An Securities Investment Fund Contract” and “Xing An Securities Investment Fund Custody Agreement”, Xing An Securities Investment Fund for the contract type closed. Third, China Huaxia Fund Management Co., Ltd. agreed to Xing’an Securities Investment Fund manager, Bank of China as trustee, with
