作为一名农村中学的教师,经常会听到同事抱怨,农村学生基础薄弱,缺乏学习氛围,学生学习成绩与城区差距太大,再努力也无济于事。对此我并不气馁,在课堂实践与探索中,我始终追求并实践着“快乐英语”的教学境界。我会尽我所能去了解他们,去融入他们,创设轻松、愉快的学习环境;采用灵活多变的教学方法,让学生做中学,学中用。激发兴趣,提高效率成了初中英语教学的核心问题。结合农村中学英语教学的实际,我认为可以从以下几个方面来创造和谐的师生
As a teacher in rural middle schools, I often hear my colleagues complain about the weak foundation of rural students, lack of a learning atmosphere, and the gap between students’ academic performance and urban areas too much. In this regard, I am not discouraged, in the classroom practice and exploration, I always pursue and practice “Happy English ” teaching realm. I will do my best to understand them, to integrate them and create a relaxing and enjoyable learning environment. With a flexible teaching method, students can do secondary school and learn. To stimulate interest and improve efficiency has become the core issue of junior high school English teaching. Combined with the actuality of English teaching in rural middle schools, I think we can create harmonious teachers and students from the following aspects
