:【目的】了解实验性牙髓炎疼痛信号在中枢的传导特点。【方法】应用免疫组织化学方法检测牙髓炎疼痛诱发中枢神经系统 (centralnervesystem ,CNS)c fos的表达。【结果】牙髓炎疼痛能诱导c fos在CNS内呈时间依赖性表达。诱痛后 2h为Fos免疫阳性神经元 (Fos likeimmunoreactivityneuron ,FLN)的表达高峰 ,4h左右开始减弱。FLN除了密集分布在三叉神经脊束核尾侧亚核 (nucleusofthespinaltractofthetrigeminalnerve ,caudalpart,sp5c)的Ⅰ、Ⅱ层外 ,极间核、口核、感觉主核、躯体感觉皮层等可见FLN的表达 ;臂旁核、室旁核、中央杏仁核等与痛调节有关的内脏中继核团亦可见FLN的表达。【结论】在三叉神经脑干复合体中 ,所有三叉神经脊束核均参与了牙痛的传导 ,但以尾侧亚核的第二层为主 ;此外 ,与内脏调节有关的核团亦参与了牙痛的传导和调节作用
: 【Objective】 To understand the conduction characteristics of experimental pulpitis pain signal in the center. [Methods] The expression of c fos in the central nervous system (CNS) induced by pulpitis was detected by immunohistochemistry. 【Results】 Pulvisitis pain induced c fos expression in the CNS in a time-dependent manner.
