牙源性颜面疼痛临床上较常见,易引起误诊、漏诊。兹举一例说明。一、病例谭×,男28岁,工人主诉:左侧半边脸痛及头痛三天。现病史:两个月来,左侧牙遇凉风或用冷水刷牙时感觉牙根神经有点痛。近来吃饭时左侧牙偶然有针刺痛现象。三天来突然左半侧牙,半边脸,半个头一阵阵抽痛。不敢饮食,痛得坐立不安。检查所见:患者手捂左侧面部,双眉紧皱,懒睁眼睛,痛苦表情。张口略受限。触诊左侧面部未发现
