室内用不同植物的叶片饲养二点委夜蛾幼虫,并对其不同虫态的发育历期、存活率、成虫寿命和产卵量等参数进行观察统计。结果表明,取食不同植物叶片对二点委夜蛾的生长发育和繁殖的影响差异明显。初孵幼虫取食棉花叶片不能存活,取食小麦、花生、大豆叶片,幼虫存活率低,只有极少个体能完成整个世代;取食白菜、甘薯叶片和人工饲料的幼虫期存活率较高,在50%左右,玉米叶片饲喂的幼虫存活率较低,为16.0%;蛹的存活率和体重以人工饲料饲喂的最高,分别为92.6%和61.7 mg,而取食白菜、甘薯和玉米叶片的存活率在70%左右,蛹重分别为42.8、27.9mg和25.4 mg;产卵量大小排列顺序与蛹重相同,平均单雌产卵量分别为191.0、152.3、96.0粒和58.0粒;甘薯叶饲喂的幼虫发育历期最长,为32.1 d,玉米叶次之,为24.3 d,白菜叶和人工饲料的较短,为19.4 d和19.5 d;不同处理间成虫寿命和蛹历期的差异不显著。
The indoor larvae of two species of Spodoptera exigua were fed with leaves of different plants, and their developmental stages, survival rates, adult longevity and fecundity were observed and statistically analyzed.
