一个教学班四、五十人,学生的学习基础、智力和非智力因素的差异是客观存在。提高教学质量不是只有抓差生,促平衡,课堂上目光始终集中在有困难的学生身上;也不能为了“荣耀门户”,仅注意培养几个尖子生。教学的目的不是为了消除学生智力的差距,而是千方百计地发展学生的智力,在同一时间同一空间提高不同层次学生的数学成绩,必须坚持面向全体,因材施教,我的做法主要是:
