由北京松下彩色显像管有限公司 (以下简称BMCC)投资1700万 元人民币建造的废水再制纯水工程于 2005年12月15日正式投入运行。该工程 运行后,每年将节省自来水102万立方 米,占该公司年用水量的三分之一。 据介绍,在彩色显像管的生产中,很 多工序需要使用工业水和纯水。BMCC是 北京市的用水大户,自2002年起,年用水 量超过300万吨。为了节水,几年来,该 公司进行了多项节水技术改造工程,如: 二期生产线荫罩内磁清洗节水改造、全部 生产线废水替代自来水配药和冲洗设备、 一期生产线荫罩清洗改造、二期生产线屏 清洗再生循环使用等十项与用水有关的技 术改造,不仅减少了工业水和纯水的使用 量,而且降低了企业成本。据了解,该公 司投产15年来,彩色显像管产量增加近10 倍,用水量仅增加了近4倍。
