The knowledge of surface phenomena is of great significance and wide range of uses in the fields of colloid chemistry, heterogeneous reaction, catalytic kinetics, biology, meteorology, geology and other industries as well as oil, mineral processing, paint, rubber and plastics industries. In medicine is also very important, especially for students studying medicine is indispensable. It has a wide range of guiding significance for drug research, production, storage and use. I have been engaged in the teaching of “superficial phenomena” for many years and achieved good results. My approach and experience are as follows: Firstly, I will raise questions to students. Such as: 1. Why is the drop of water on the leaf always elliptical? 2. The water in the glass tube is always in the form of a concave surface; the mercury is always in the form of a convex surface? 3. Flour mills spread the flour in the air In case of fire is very easy to burn? 4. Drop a little water between the two glass plates, glass plate is not easy to pull open, between the two pieces of paraffin drop a little water when the wax board easily opened?
