目的探讨非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者的脂代谢异常及肌酸激酶(CK)变化的原因。方法检测病变组50例和对照组125例,空腹血糖(GLU)、空腹胰岛素(INS)、胆固醇(CH)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LI)L)、载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB),并进行两者间均数比较.采用t检验。结果与正常对照组比较,NIDDM患者CK、ApoAI/ApoB、INS/GLU具显著性差异(P<0.001);TG、INS次之(P<0.01);CH、HDL、LDL、ApoAI、ApoB再次之(P<0.05)。结论NIDDM患者可能因继发性胰岛素增高造成脂代谢紊乱及心肌损害。
Objective To investigate the changes of lipid metabolism and creatine kinase (CK) in non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). Methods Fifty patients in the diseased group and 125 in the control group were enrolled in the study. Fasting plasma glucose (GLU), fasting insulin (INS), cholesterol (CH), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein ) L), apolipoprotein AI (ApoAI), apolipoprotein B (ApoB), and compared between the two. Results The levels of CK, ApoAI / ApoB and INS / GLU in NIDDM patients were significantly lower than those in normal controls (P <0.001), followed by TG and INS (P <0.01) , ApoB again (P <0.05). Conclusion NIDDM patients may be due to secondary hyperinsulinemia caused by lipid metabolism and myocardial damage.
