本文以研究民间借贷高利率问题为出发点,在了解民间借贷现状及影响的基础之上,找出导致民间借贷高利率的原因,进而提出建议及对策。
Based on the study of the current situation and the impact of private lending, this paper starts with the study of the high interest rate of private lending, finds out the reasons that lead to high interest rates of private lending, and then puts forward suggestions and countermeasures.
