启东市桂林小学地处江苏沿海开发前沿——吕泗,目前全校共有33个教学班,近1800名学生,其中外来工子女占30%以上。由于教育环境的复杂性、学生来源的多样性、家庭背景的特殊性以及学校自身发展中存在的各种因素,决定了学校德育工作的艰巨性和长期性。学校德育工作如何与社会发展相适应,如何正确处理继承与创新发展的关系,如何沿着学校德育现代化建设的基本方向健康前行,这是我们一直在探索思考的问题。由此,我们提出了以文化人的思路,以经典传统文化滋润儿童道德人格修养,构建学校德育新
Qidong Guilin Primary School is located in Jiangsu coastal frontier - Lu Si, the current school a total of 33 teaching classes, nearly 1,800 students, of which more than 30% of migrant children. Due to the complexity of the educational environment, the diversity of sources of students, the particularity of family background and the various factors that exist in the development of the school itself, it determines the arduous and long-term nature of moral education in schools. How to adapt the moral education in school to the social development and how to correctly handle the relationship between succession and innovation and development and how to go forward along the basic direction of the modernization of moral education in schools are the problems we have been exploring and thinking about. As a result, we put forward the idea of cultural people, nourishing children’s moral personality with classic traditional culture and building a new moral education in school
