煤矿斜井提升,往往由于操作失误,或零件磨损维修不当等原因,而造成矿车失控,发生跑车事故。跑车事故,危害极大,轻者破坏井筒装备,严重者危及矿工的生命安全。我国煤矿对斜井防跑车装置的研制,进展缓慢,目前主要有机械控制方式的斜井速度挡车器;电器——机械联控方式的井口自动挡车门等。这些装置,由于结构上的原因,调试困难,对跑车信号反应不灵敏,不可靠;机构动作频繁,零件容易磨损,维修量大等,不能广泛应用,防跑车装置有待进一步提高。研制自动防跑车装置,首要的是解决跑车信号的捕捉问题,也就是对矿车运行的监测问题。应用电子检测技术监测矿车运行状态,以鉴别并捕捉跑车信号,是完全可能的。一、装置原理与特点本装置应用3cm 微波作为传感器的信号
