根据社会用人部门使用计算机的不同程度和需要,全国计算机等级考试目前设四个等级,一、二、三级由国家教委考试中心颁发合格证书,四级考试与美国合作,其合格证书由国家教委考试中心颁发,美国教育考试服务处(ETS)认可。四个等级考试的要求分别是: 一级考核应试者计算机基本知识和使用微机系统的初步能力。主要为从事文字、表格处理和常规信息检索、办公信息处理的人员设立的。它适合于社会一般人员、文秘人员、干部、管理人员。它要求应试者具有计算机的基础知识,掌握一种常用汉字输入方法,掌握字、表处理软件的使用方法,了解数据库应用系统的使用方法,并达到一定的熟练程度。合格者能较顺利地从事政府机关、企事业单位(包括涉外和合、独资企业)的文书、秘书和日常办公信息的计算机处理工作。 二级考核应试者软、硬件基础知识和使用一种高级计算机程序设计语言(包括五种语言:BASIC、FORTRAN、PASCAL、C、FOXBASE,任选一种)编制程序、上机调试的能力。二级主要为从事计算机或数据库管理软件使用的人员考核而设立的。它要求应试者具有计算机基础知识,熟悉DOS的功能和
According to the different levels and needs of social employment departments using computers, the National Computer Rank Examination currently set four levels, one, two, three by the State Education Commission Examination Center issued a certificate of competency, four exams and the United States cooperation, the certificate by the State Education Commission Examination Center, accredited by the U.S. Education Examination Service (ETS).
