车辙的存在严重影响了行车的舒适性和安全性,造成车辆行驶速度的降低和道路通行能力的降低,给广大市民的出行带来影响。采用马歇尔配合比设计方法对抗车辙沥青混合料进行配合比设计,通过高温车辙试验、低温弯曲试验和冻融劈裂试验对沥青混合料进行性能验证。在室内研究的基础上,提出了抗车辙沥青混合料的拌和、摊铺、碾压工艺和开放交通的具体技术要求。经过对长安街改建前、竣工后和通车8个月后的平整度、车辙指标的检测比较,其沥青路面质量和行车舒适度均得到了很大程度的提高。本文提出的沥青路面抗车辙技术,经过长安街道路工程的检验,达到了车辙控制的预期效果,其综合技术研究与应用有益于推广使用。
The existence of rut seriously affects the comfort and safety of driving, resulting in the decrease of vehicle traveling speed and the reduction of road traffic capacity, which affects the travel of the general public. The mix design of the rutting asphalt mixture was carried out with the Marshall mix design method, and the performance of asphalt mixture was verified by high temperature rutting test, low temperature bending test and freeze-thaw splitting test. On the basis of indoor research, the specific technical requirements of mixing, paving, rolling technology and open traffic of rutting asphalt mixture are put forward. After the Chang'an Avenue reconstruction before and after the completion of the opening and 8 months after the flatness and rutting indicators of testing and comparison, the asphalt pavement quality and driving comfort have been greatly improved. The asphalt pavement anti-rutting technology proposed in this paper has achieved the expected effect of rutting control after the test of Chang'an Avenue. The comprehensive technology research and application is beneficial to promote the use.
