<正>This paper introduces an approach to implement a human-computer interactive packing design intelligent system based on distributed knowledge. The mixed structure model of this system for web-based is built, which combines the merit of C/S and B/S. This mixed structure model is explained with five level subsystems, namely, meta-system, reasoning subsystem, human-computer interactive packing algorithm subsystem, evaluation and test subsystem and output subsystem. Meta-system is used to manage and correspond with distributed knowledge and sub-systems. Parts, space, packing knowledge and packing cases are expressed with compound knowledge model, which is used in the intellegent packing system. Packing process is divided into two parts, namely, packing design of deterministic parts system and packing design of non-deterministic parts (eg. oil tank) system. At last, the approaches presented in this paper provided a practical example in power house.
