中国的时尚或许本身并不是一阵风,它只是风中的一顶帽子。如果说百年来刮过的西风留下了很多帽子,那女性时尚就是最炫目的一顶。女权主义者说:时尚在中国的发展历史镌刻了中国女性身心解放的轨迹,从民国到改革开放,时尚杂志成为了女性身体与思想解放的有力工具,甚至是女性政治话语的设计者和传播者。贩卖品位的商人说:时尚就是生活,品位无处不在,女性脖子上的项链是一条贯穿整个经济金字塔的商机链,它从西方的民间来,到中国的民间去。而文化学者是这么说的:还有比时尚更能体现一个社会和国民对外来文明的态度的东西吗?这真是一个巨大的噱头,一顶巨大的帽子。
