在教师的教学过程中,教学参考资料(包括教学参考书)发挥了重要的作用。年轻教师以教学参考资料为模本,学习教学方法,规范课堂教学;经验丰富的中老年教师以教材为主、教参为辅,完善教学过程,提高教学质量。故教材和教参,就像教师的左臂右膀,帮助教师将知识顺畅地传达给学生。在教学参考资料的实际运用当中,教师要正确处理其与教材的关系。过分依赖教参,照搬教参,而脱离课堂实际,那是僵死的教学;眼中只有教材,忽视教参,将使教学固步自封,无法引入新的教学元素。故教材、教参应相辅相成,融汇渗透。此外,教师在使用教学参考资料时,还要与学情以及自己的教学水平相结合。只有从实际出发,创造性地、有针对性地使用教学参考资料,才能有效发挥其作用。本期从“实例”“经验”“理论”三个层面,分析如何正确使用教学参考资料,希望能对教师的实际操作有所裨益。
In the teacher’s teaching process, teaching reference materials (including teaching reference books) play an important role. Experienced middle-aged and older teachers mainly use teaching materials, teaching aids, and teaching aids to improve the teaching process and improve teaching quality. Therefore, textbooks and teaching aids, like the teacher’s left arm and right hand, help teachers convey knowledge smoothly to students. In the practical use of teaching reference materials, teachers should correctly handle their relationship with the teaching materials. Excessively relying on teaching and learning, copying teaching and learning, and detaching from classroom practice, it is a dead-end teaching; in the eyes only teaching materials and neglect of teaching and learning will make teaching self-styled and unable to introduce new teaching elements. Therefore, textbooks and teaching aids should complement each other and integrate infiltration. Only from a practical point of view, can creative and targeted use of teaching reference materials be effective.
