我厂1575造纸机投产运转几年后,停车检查发现烘缸进汽轴轴颈磨损严重。该轴材质为高强度铸铁,直径为2500mm,总长为3015mm,最高工作蒸汽压为0.3MPa,水压为0.6MPa,总重14t(见图)。采用了氧乙炔焰喷涂修复。
I plant 1575 paper machine put into operation a few years after the parking inspection found that the dryer shaft into the spindle wear serious. The shaft is made of high-strength cast iron with a diameter of 2500 mm and a total length of 3015 mm.
