本文叙述了低炭钢爆炸焊接界面波随板材无量纲强度1/2ρV_f~2/σ_y(ρ—板材密度,σ_r-板材拉伸强度,V_f-飞板相对于碰撞点的运动速度)变化规律的试验结果,结果表明,当1/2ρV_f/~2σ_y<22.5.焊接界面为直线结合,当22.5<1/2ρV_f~2σ_y<50,焊接界面波比波长(l/h)随比强度增加而增加,当50<1/2ρV_f~2σ_y100.焊接界面波比波长是与比强度无关的恒值。金相观察表明,在1/2ρV_f~2σ_y=22.5附近,焊件质量较好。
