目的:了解无锡市城乡居民盐、油摄入及运动量情况,为开展健康干预提供依据。方法:以城区1个社区和农村1个村共48户居民为调查对象,进行每日人均用盐量、用油量、运动量测算。结果:居民日均摄盐量>6 g的占87.2%,摄油量>30 g的占50.9%,运动量≤6 000步的占81.6%。结论:在城乡应多形式、多途径开展健康教育和健康干预活动。
Objective: To understand the urban and rural residents in Wuxi salt and oil intake and physical activity, to provide the basis for health intervention. Methods: A total of 48 households in 1 community and 1 village in rural area were surveyed, and daily salt consumption, oil consumption and exercise amount were calculated. Results: The daily average intake of residents> 6 g accounted for 87.2%, oil consumption> 30 g accounted for 50.9%, exercise ≤ 6000 steps accounted for 81.6%. Conclusion: In both urban and rural areas, health education and health intervention should be conducted in many forms and ways.
