高校图书馆为地方企业、社团、协会和利益群体提供信息服务是应该履行的核心服务之一,为企业搭建情报服务平台是这一核心任务的真正实现。面对企业迫切的情报服务需求,图书馆需要更好地利用优势,发掘情报服务的能力,满足情报服务的需求,填补情报服务市场缺口。本文在分析图书馆提供情报服务的优势和企业对于情报需求的迫切性基础上,提出构建基于图书馆的企业情报服务平台以及情报服务平台的架构及其系统功能。这是对图书馆情报服务能力的开发,也是企业情报需求催生出的图书馆情报服务新模式。
It is one of the core services that university libraries should fulfill to provide information services for local enterprises, associations, associations and interest groups. It is the core task of university library to build an information service platform. Faced with the urgent needs of enterprises for information services, libraries need to make better use of their advantages and explore the capabilities of information services to meet the needs of information services and fill gaps in the information services market. On the basis of analyzing the advantages of library providing information services and the urgency of information needs of enterprises, this paper proposes to construct the architecture and system functions of library-based enterprise intelligence service platform and information service platform. This is the development of library information service capabilities, but also a new model of library intelligence services that is generated by the needs of corporate intelligence.
