现代管理学研究表明:在现代工业条件下,人的智慧潜能只发挥了一小部分。企业管理者的责任就是要创造必要的条件,使人们的聪明才智得到充分的发挥。新技术革命的蓬勃发展、知识经济的兴起、工业民主主义思潮和企业管理研究的深化,这些都使得国外的绩优企业越来越注重企业员工精神因素的资源性,越来越把开发和利用员工的精神资源作为增强企业凝聚力和竞争力的重要开发对象。
Modern management studies show that under the conditions of modern industry, human intelligence potential has only played a small part. The responsibility of business managers is to create the necessary conditions so that people’s intelligence and wisdom can be fully utilized. The vigorous development of the new technological revolution, the rise of the knowledge economy, the deepening of the industrial democratic trend of thought, and the deepening of research on corporate management all contribute to the fact that foreign high-quality companies increasingly focus on the resourcefulness of the employees’ mental factors and increasingly develop and utilize employees. The spiritual resources are an important development target for enhancing corporate cohesion and competitiveness.
