The South Wind Law (South Wind Law), also known as the warm rule, is derived from the parable written by the French writer La Fontaine. The north wind and the south wind compare power to see who can take off the coat on the pedestrian. Drop it. The north wind first came in a cold wind and was cold and bitter. As a result, the pedestrians resisted the invasion of the north wind and wrapped the coat tighter. The south wind was slowly blowing and the weather was beautiful. Pedestrians felt the warmth of the upper body and then unbuttoned the buttons and then took off their coats. The south wind gained victory. This parable illustrates one principle vividly: warmth is better than cold, and it embodies the idea of benevolent management, that is, leaders should respect and care for their subordinates, try to help employees, solve difficulties, and enable employees to feel the warmth of the leader to the child. Inspire their work enthusiasm.
