目前,煤田测井使用的电子换向器中,测量换向大多采用相敏整流电路。本文就相敏整流器的基本特性略加讨论。一、工作原理相敏整流器是由两个反向运用的三极管BG_1、BG_2以及C_A、C_B、R_A、R_B、R_C等元件组成(图1)。在BG_1、BG_2基极上分别注入测量控制信号,使其交替饱和导通和截止,并且控制信号频率与输入信号U_(sr)的频率一致,即换向频率。
At present, the electronic commutator used in logging in coalfields mostly adopts phase-sensitive rectifier circuit to measure commutation. In this paper, the basic characteristics of phase-sensitive rectifier slightly discussed. First, the principle phase sensitive rectifier is composed of two reverse use of the transistor BG_1, BG_2 and C_A, C_B, R_A, R_B, R_C and other components (Figure 1). In BG_1, BG_2 were measured on the base control signal injection, saturation turn on and off alternately, and the control signal frequency and input signal U_ (sr) the same frequency, the commutation frequency.
