一、内部劳动力市场的特征及其效率基础内部劳动力市场与新古典式的外部市场相比主要具有下列重要特征:一是在运作方式上,以行政管理和内部惯例为主要调节手段。二是在雇佣关系上,以长期合约为显著特征。内部劳动力市场的一个最典型特征就是长期雇佣关系,雇佣双方往往通过公开的承诺或者隐含的默契来维系就业关系的稳定性。三是在工资决定上,实行等级性资历工资制度。四是在职位安排上,设立等级制工作阶梯。
I.
